Wallpaper* Selects Private View

Curated by Eyestorm’s creative team Angie Davey and Hannah Shilland with photography editor James Reid of Wallpaper* magazine, the Wallpaper* Selects exhibition at London’s stylish St Martins Lane Hotel opened it’s doors on Tuesday for a preview evening of champagne, courtesy of Tattinger who sponsored the show.

Collectors and friends of Eyestorm and Wallpaper crowded the space, a separate room just to the left of the main entrance to the hotel on St. Martin’s Lane, to catch a glimpse of the limited edition photography on show. By the time the preview was set to open at 6.30pm there was a large crowd, and by 7pm it was packed and it continued to stay busy for the rest of the evening. The ten works that graced the walls in elegant white frames received great feedback from guests, which included staff from the BBC, The Times and Art Review as well as Eyestorm artist and celebrity comedian Vic Reeves.

A great night was had by all and Eyestorm would like to thank Wallpaper and Tattinger for their help in making this exhibition a successful one.

Wallpaper Selects - The Exhibition is open to the public from Wednesday 10th December until Friday 19th December 2008 between 11am and 6pm.
