Eyestorm’s Delivery and Returns Policy

What are your delivery charges?
The below table is a guide to our delivery charges. Multiple orders tend to be charged by the largest item only, Original works may require bespoke packaging. Please contact delivery@eyestorm.com for more information.

Can I ship to a location other than my home?
Yes. When you are purchasing from Eyestorm you are given the option to ship to any address that you choose. Note that delivery takes place Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm so take this into account when choosing your location.

How long will it take to arrive?
Delivery time will vary depending on the type of work you have purchased, how it is packaged and the delivery location. Generally, delivery can be expected within two weeks, although during busier periods please allow up to three weeks.

Who do I contact if I have problems with shipping or delivery?
If you experience any problems, please contact us here.

What is your returns policy?
If for any reason you are not satisfied with the artwork you have purchased you can return it to us within 14 days of receiving it and claim a full refund for the price of the work exclusive of postage and packaging costs. Please note that the customer is responsible for the return of the item, which must be in mint condition on arrival at Eyestorm in order to claim the refund.

If you have any further enquiries regarding our returns policy or would like advice on how to send the artwork back to us to avoid damage in transit please contact delivery@eyestorm.com.

What if my work of art arrives damaged?
In the unlikely event that the work arrives damaged, please contact us immediately here. Our customer support representative will guide you through your options. These may include replacing the damaged work (in the case of multiple editions), credit towards another purchase, or a full refund.

What if the print I receive is not the one I ordered?
Return your purchase within 14 business days and we will exchange it for the correct one or provide a full refund. We require that the work be returned in its original packaging to ensure safe shipment. We also require that the work is shipped using UPS, Fed-Ex, TNT or DHL. You must also include the original document pack (including invoice and Certificate of Authenticity)  for customs purposes.
